Go and raise unholy hell about that. YOU did not lose your midterm. Let me repeat. Go. Raise. Hell. Rake that person over the damn coals, demand this this be rectified, go to the dean, president, whoever and kick some ass.

Seriously, you should not be punished for someone else's fucking incompetence. At the very least, you should be allowed to retake/redo the midterm. (I know that sucks like a swamp but better than a 'D' you do not deserve.)

THAT WAS THE PLAN. Luckily there was ~documentation that I'd totally done the midterm so he said he'll try and get my final grade changed. SUCCESS \o/
