Guys. I just had a SERIOUS EPIPHANY. Apparently I have a deep and abiding love for everything Beyonce has ever recorded, I just never realized it. I always thought R&B was never my thing, but... I WAS WRONG. SO, HORRIBLY WRONG.

*pets*

Lay down, put a cool cloth over your eyes and listen to teh Beyonce! It will ease the epiphany shock.

But it makes me want to dance! THIS IS BAD. I'M A HORRIBLE DANCER. MY DANCING MAKES BABY JESUS CRY.

But, nevertheless. I will follow your advice. No dancing will be involved. My resolve is firm. (lol, I said firm. /immature)

[identity profile] rellan.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 05:36 am (UTC)(link)
How firm? *inner 12 yr. old giggles*

[identity profile] cornhobble.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 07:35 am (UTC)(link)
Happy-to-see-you firm, if you know what I mean and I think you do. *waggles eyebrows*

On a different, unfortunately unrelated note, my earphones have stopped working in one ear. I only bought them a few weeks ago. 10$, DOWN THE DRAIN. >:|

Huh? So it is possible to listen to Beyonce? This needs to be investigated...

I have btw realized that when it comes to music you can't really say what sort of music you like or not. Someday there will be a song from a certain music genre that you will fall in love with even though you fucking hate 8exaggerating, I meant dislike. Except for the case of hiphop and rap and stuff I really do hate that... XP) that genre usually. This happens to me all the time. XD

I have also discovered that when it comes to me it goes the other way around. I really want to like classic rock and that sort of thing but except for a few songs I can't understand the appeal. XP

Haha, so true! It's like fandom (for me at least). Never say never, it'll make you a liar. In my early fandom years I would say things like 'Oh, I'll never read THAT' and eventually I ended up reading/liking everything I said I wouldn't. XD Now I don't bother with the ultimatums, lol. (Though I still haven't found any enjoyable mpreg fic. There's an exception to every rule?)

Plus I'm pretty flexible when it comes to music, I'll listen to anything once. Or twice, in this case. :D

*Though I still haven't found any enjoyable mpreg fic.

omg, THAT'S A LIE. I just remembered this one rps mpreg fic that I totally enjoyed reading, even though it was def badfic, and was legit sadpanda when the author said that she wouldn't continue.

Haha, oh jeez.

[identity profile] mesmorizee.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 06:16 pm (UTC)(link)
I missed this comment and will pretend you never wrote it. Seriously good mpreg? wtf? XD

Completely unrelated, I really like that icon... XD

[identity profile] cornhobble.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 06:50 pm (UTC)(link)
LOL! Hey, I said ENTERTAINING, not good. It was totally bad!fic. But bad in an entertaining and lulzy way. :D

Your icon is quite charming as well~ XD I've fallen in love with the show and that character. New episode today! \o/

[identity profile] mesmorizee.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 07:22 pm (UTC)(link)
Haha, okay, entertaining badfic. That I can understand. XD

It's hard not to fall in love with him and the show. It's awesome! :D
I don't get to see it until tomorrow night! Why oh why do I have to live in Sweden and be forced to illegally download stuff the day after? XP I need to move to the US so that I can watch TV. Do you think they'll let me in with that reason? XD

[identity profile] cornhobble.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 08:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Hah, I suppose you could try? 'LOOK, YOU SCARY IMMIGRANT PEOPLE, BUT I NEED TO WATCH WHITE COLLAR! THIS IS IMPORTANT!' and then the immigration officer turns out to be a die-hard fan and you totally get a greencard and end up living in some tiny town in Alabama or something.

...then again, I hear a large number of extreme religious conservatives make Alabama not fun times. D: MAYBE YOU'RE BETTER OFF IN SWEDEN.

[identity profile] mesmorizee.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 08:38 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't get to pick a state to live in? 'Cause I have quite a long list of states I don't want to live in because it sounds crazy or filled with extreme religious conservatives... Actually I think I should move to Canada. Except it sounds like it might be cold there. And I want to get away from the cold and winter!

I know! I could fool the a little less scary immigrant people in Canada and dazzle them with my French (which could be hard because I don't know a word of French XD). And then I can hike through a forest over the border to the US! I read about that in a book! It is possible that it was written by Stephen King and mostly centered around baseball of all things. XD So I don't really remember it. Because baseball is not my thing...

Or I could find a hockey player, seduce him and make him take me with him when he moves to the US to play in NHL... And hope he doesn't end up living in Utha or something. I must make sure they don't have any hockey teams in that state...

[identity profile] cornhobble.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 10:58 pm (UTC)(link)
lol, I don't actually know. When my dad moved to the US we just lived in whatever state his job was in. ~Working visa and all that.

As a Canadian, I think this is a good plan. Canada > the States, OBVIOUSLY* It's cool up in america's hat! Though there is a lot of rain, I admit.

Haha, Utah. You can chill with the mormons**, dude.

*DISCLAIMER: I'm kidding, even though it's true omg no one murder me.

**NOT THAT THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH MORMONS. Why do I need so many disclaimers. :[

[identity profile] mesmorizee.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 11:25 pm (UTC)(link)
I seeee... That makes sense. Hmmm...

Well, obviously Canada is better than the US. For some reason. Eh... I'm just a crazy Swede I have no idea what I am talking about. XD

To be honest I really don't think I want to chill with mormons. XD I wouldn't even have time to open my mouth before I somehow manage to offend them or something. And then there would be this huge screaming match about I don't know abortion and it would lead to violence and I would have to kill them and then they (the non Utha-s... they will probably hate me for butchering the English language too) would kick me out of the country and I wouldn't get to watch all those awesome TV shows! So yes Canada it is, despite the weather. I'm used to it after all... They have TVs in Canada right? XD

Why do I need so many disclaimers. :[
Because you are awesome? The logic is not strong with me at the moment. Why am I not in bed sleeping?

[identity profile] cornhobble.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 11:53 pm (UTC)(link)
lol! Canada it is. tbh, I've been kind of resentful of the Mormon church ever since they put in millions of $ in favor of Prop 8 in CA (you know, the one making gay marriage illegal). Raaage. >:[

I will accept that answer! :D But you should sleep tho. I think I'm going to take a nap, too. HEY, I need my beauty sleep~

[identity profile] mesmorizee.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 06:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Exactly like fandom! Except I'm less picky, sure I'm pretty picky about what I read and can give up on a fic after a paragraph, but I'm even less picky when it comes to music. I listen to everything and don't really care what I am listening to sometimes. Also I tend to fall in love with random songs not artists or bands. XD
(Well, since I won't even touch an mpreg fic there's little to no chance of me ever finding one I like but I guess we could say that it is an exception. XD)

I think flexibility when it comes to music openmindness is a good thing I guess. ;p
