Vantage Point. FUCK I HATED THAT MOVIE. Even just typing the name fills me with raaaaage.

See, they took the same scene and shot it from several different angles, or 'vantage point's. (durr hurr hurr so clever of them.) Generally, I have no problem with that. To the contrary, I like seeing how the same scene varies with each character pov.

But that was the entire movie. ONE SCENE! 15 million different shooting angles. After the fifth vantage point I wanted to hunt down everyone involved in the movie (I don't care if their level of involvement was 'bringing coffee' I WILL HUNT THEM DOWN), string them up as an example to other filmmakers, and then shoot myself in the head to make the painful boredom go away. IT WAS THAT BAD.

Man, I don't even know. It was one of those 'OH NOEZ SOMEONE'S GOING TO KILL THE PRESIDENT!' movies. They seemed to think that having many different camera angles made it ~smart~ and ~original~. There was a bomb and a president-double and people were coerced into blowing other people up? Something along those lines, I can't actually remember. The only thing that sticks out in my mind is the feeling of ARGH WHY AM I WATCHING THIS but of course, I sat though the entire thing. :'(

OHHHHH. Oh man, I totally remember the commercials for that. They were so ~dramatic and didn't it like have Denzel in it? XD

The commercials where why I watched it, sadly. SO MISLEADING. >:| I dunno if it had Denzel or not, I'm horrible with actors. XD Though now I want to go see if everyone else hated it as much as I did...
