haha, I haven't been that involved in HP fandom before now, but I've heard that Snape gets some of the more ~hardcore stans. :D
Hah, on the first read I was all 'meh, couldn't care less' and it was only later that the pairing of Ginny/Harry started to annoy me. (Cho/Harry doesn't really bother me at all, for some reason.) It could have been done a lot better, imo. The way they broke up in the 6th book really irritated me -- Harry decided to break up for some noble, incredibly lame reason, and Ginny was all ~grimly accepting~ or whatever. idk, it just didn't work for me.
